DESCRIPTION:The class/event will be held at Anne Morrison Park near the main entrance off of Americana Blvd\, (river side) from 10:00am until 1:00pm… look for the blue IKA tents! Harry and Colten will talk briefly about the importance of knife testing and knowing what your blade is capable of\, then we’ll move into actual knife testing. Please bring a knife to test\, (any knife… one of your own making\, a factory knife you think is the bomb\, whatever you want to test) The knives do NOT have to be completed knives… in fact if you have a blade you’ve been working on and wish to test it\, this would be the ideal time.\nBecause this will be an outdoor event please plan accordingly and bring a camp chair to sit\, you will also need gloves and eye protection if you wish to participate in the hands on portion of the class. A waiver will be available to non-association guests in attendance.\n \nLadies and gentlemen\, this is a hands-on\, active event that requires participation. So please come by for any or all of it… It should be a fun day!
